In accordance with applicable law, the Customer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.
To exercise the right of return, the Customer should inform us of their decision by email at bok@termoprodukt.com.pl or by letter, providing the order number and contact details.
The goods must be returned in an unchanged condition, without signs of use, preferably in the original packaging.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer.
After receiving and checking the returned product, the refund will be made within 14 business days to the same payment method used by the Customer for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Devices and probes that were made on special customer request/specification are not returnable.
